Dr. Alammar is an Assistant Professor of Management at the College of Business at Alfaisal University. Before joining Alfaisal University, Dr. Alammar was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration and the vice dean in the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University from 2019 to 2022.
Dr. Alammar earned a Ph.D. in Management and Business Administration from Massey University, New Zealand, in 2018 (Ranked among the top 300 universities — QS 2025). He also earned an M.A. in Business Administration from Massey University in 2013 and a B.A. in Management and Finance from Massey University in 2011.
Dr. Alammar also worked as a research assistant at Massey University from 2014 to 2018, where he completed his PhD and received a Massey University Doctoral Completion and Dissemination Grant.
Dr. Alammar published many papers in reputable academic journals, including the Journal of Organizational Change Management, Employee Relations, the Journal of Management Inquiry, the Journal of Management & Organization, and the Journal of General Management. Dr. Alammar's work has been presented at prestigious international conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM), the British Academy of Management (BAM), Australian and New Zealand Academy of Management (ANZAM), and the European Academy of Management (EURAM)
